About the presenters:
Marci Maniker, M.A., management and organizational development consultant, has over 25 years of experience in the professional services industry helping teams work more effectively and coaching executives to negotiate their managerial responsibilities. While her areas of expertise include managing change, organization effectiveness, work flow analysis, executive coaching, meeting facilitation and team building, Marci is no stranger to the joys and challenges of parenting --and the looming “empty nest.” She has three daughters, ages 24. 21 and 17.
Marci earned her Master’s of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Additionally, she has served on numerous boards including the Institute of Financial Education and the Advisory Board of the Institute of Management Studies. She has presented at conferences, including the Conference Board’s Work/Family and Diversity conference and the UCLB Women’s Leadership Conference. She has published articles by The OD Practitioner and Pfeiffer and Associates.
